CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as advisor to Artelia for the acquisition of the Icade engineering division

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as advisor to the Artelia group for the acquisition of the Icade engineering division, formed from the ARCOBA, GESTEC and SETRHI-SETAE companies. Through this acquisition, the Artelia group has strengthened its position as the leading French company in construction engineering.

In particular, this acquisition enables Artelia to consolidate its activities on public and private markets in the housing, healthcare and energy performance sectors, as well as strengthen its presence in the Ile de France, Rhône-Alpes and Mediterranean regions.
