François Poirier joins CMS Francis Lefebvre's Banking & Finance team as Counsel specialized in real estate finance.
His appointment is part of the Banking & Finance dynamic to strengthen its real estate financing practice and its service offering to lenders (credit institutions and debt funds) in this sector. François is involved in refinancing, acquisition financing, corporate financing, VEFA financing and development financing in relation to all types of real estate assets (office, retail, residential and logistics).
François Poirier, 36, has developed a strong expertise in financing over almost the past 10 years in the real estate sector, whether in senior or mezzanine financing, and in relation to a wide range of underlying transactions (VEFA, housing acquisition programs or development).
François started his career within the Jeantet law firm in Paris in 2014. He then joined Archers in 2016 until 2023. He holds a certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat from the Haute Ecole des Avocats Conseils de Versailles (2014), a master in International Law and Management from ESCP-Europe in Paris (2013), a master 2 in Financial Law and a master 1 in Business Law from Université Paris XI de Sceaux (2010-2011).
