Nawel Belabdelouahab joins the Real Estate Law Department department of CMS Francis Lefebvre as Counsel
CMS Francis Lefebvre continues to reinforce its Real Estate practice with the appointment of Nawel Belabdelouahab as Counsel. The Real Estate department has a full-service expertise, enabling it to deal with all the legal issues involved in the life cycle of a property, such as legal and tax arrangements, development, town planning, construction and restructuring, real estate investments and transactions, as well as all matters relating to property management (rental agreements, work on existing properties, repositioning and increasing the value of buildings, etc.).
Nawel will be more specifically working alongside with Benjamin Bill and Florence Chérel, partners, and in close collaboration with the firm's other departments and the offices in our network.
Nawel Belabdelouahab, has over 9 years’ experience in real estate law, allowing her to develop significant transactional expertise in the acquisition and disposal of national and pan-European real estate assets or corporate vehicles, sale and lease-back transactions and partnerships. She is also specialized in commercial leases, asset management matters and property developments.
Nawel began her career at Linklaters in Paris in 2014 and joined Clifford Chance in 2019. She holds a certificat d'aptitude à la profession d'avocat (2014), an LLM Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University in London (2013), a Business Litigation master (2011) and a Business Law master from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
