CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats announces that on 5 March 2018 Professor Bruno Dondero will join the firm's Legal Intelligence Department, currently headed by Professor Alain Couret. Bruno Dondero will take over from him following a transition period.
Bruno Dondero, 45, a doctor of law and professor of law, lectures at Université Paris 1 (Panthéon-Sorbonne). He is co-director of the Sorbonne-Affairs-Finance department of the Sorbonne Legal Research Institute (IRJS). He was previously a member of the scientific board at the Gide law firm and regularly advises companies.
A specialist in business and corporate law, Bruno Dondero is a pioneer in the use of new technologies in legal practice and teaching. The author of “Droit 2.0”, he has created MOOCs1 dedicated to corporate law and the reform of contract law through which more than 36,000 people have obtained training in the last four years.
