CMS is pleased to announce the promotion of 54 new partners. The new partners are based in 29 cities in 21 countries around the world, reflecting the firm's international strength and depth. Women account for 52% of global promotions.

Charles Currier, Senior Partner for CMS UK, comments: “Congratulations to all our new partners. They have each demonstrated a commitment to exceptional client service, collaboration across borders and a drive to innovate. This cohort reflects the outstanding quality and diversity of talent across our firm. We’re proud to welcome them to the partnership and look forward to the leadership they will bring in the years ahead.”

Pierre-Sébastien Thill, CMS Chairman, adds: “CMS’s success is built first and foremost on our people. These partner promotions recognise outstanding lawyers, and we thank them for the energy, integrity and leadership they bring to CMS every day. Each has earned the trust of clients and colleagues alike, exemplifying the quality, ambition and international mindset that define CMS.”

CMS's annual partner promotions take into account promotions that take effect between 1 April 2025 and 1 April 2026.
