CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Clifford Chance, White & Case advise UNIBAIL-RODAMCO and CCIP for merging their activities as owner and manager of congress-and-exhibition planning websites with the ones of the Trade & Industry Chamber of Paris (CCIP) whose achievement occurred on 28 January 2008.
The merger of the two entities has been authorized on 6 December 2007 by the Ministry of Finance & Treasury & Employment on account of the monitoring of concentrations.
White & Case has advised UNIBAIL-RODAMCO in the matter of competition law. Jean-Patrice de La Laurencie, partner, Séverine Sanglé-Ferrière and Jeremy de Douhet, lawyers have teamed up.
Clifford Chance has advised UNIBAIL-RODAMCO on corporate and real estate aspects. The team comprised Marcus Billam, partner, Frédéric Jungels and Alexandre Poupard in the matter of corporate, and Aubry d'Argenlieu, counsel, in real estate.
