CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, legal adviser to the Optorg Company within the scope of the transfer of its distribution activities of consumer goods and convenience products, building material and equipment in the Ivory Coast and Cameroon.
The Ivory Coast Peyrissac company, listed on the Abidjan Regional Stock Exchange and the SHO Cameroon Company have transferred their business of import and distribution of consumer goods and convenience products performed under the Galeries Peyrissac and SHO+ signs as well as their import and distribution business of building material and equipment performed under the name of Technibat to Ivory Coast companies and Cameroon Bernabé, both members of the Yeshi Group.
These deals lie within the framework of the refocusing of the Optorg Company's activities, in the Ivory Coast as well as in Cameroon on its core business "Motors" and "Equipment".
The Optorg Company, majority shareholder of Ivory Coast Peyrissac and Cameroon SHO, was advised by Pierre Marly and Bénédicte Bonnafous-Delmotte, lawyers at the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Africa Department.
