CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised CVL’s shareholders on its sale to Convergences Immobilières et Commerciales

Sophie Simonet sold all of the shares in CVL, which she founded, to Convergences Immobilières et Commerciales. The transaction was financed by equity and bank financing granted by HSBC France.

CVL specialises in studying and advising on commercial town planning. It studies commercial real estate projects, provides support with public or private project management and marketing these projects.

Convergences Immobilières et Commerciales is a real estate services company established and managed by Jérôme Le Grelle, whose partners are Enthéos and the UFG Group.

Sophie Simonet and the other shareholders in CVL were advised in relation to this transaction on legal and tax matters by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Arnaud Hugot (corporate) and Christophe Vezhinet (tax), lawyers. Their financial advisor was Marc Debray.

Convergences Immobilières et Commerciales was advised on financial matters by L’Lione et Associés with Vincent Déchin. Philippe Ragon at SEFJ provided legal advice.
