CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, adviser to Pochet Group in the transfer of Lalique luxury crystal glassworks

The Art & Fragrance Swiss Company has repurchased Lalique luxury crystal glassworks to Pochet Group.

The deal amounted to Euro 44m. The Swiss Company also foresees to invest Euro 12m until 2012 within the scope of a growth plan. The announcement of this takeover occurs while in December, the Indian businessman Ajay Khaitan, from British Investment Fund Emerisque, had declared to be in exclusive trading for taking over the crystal glassworks.
