CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised armatis-lc, a leading player in customer relationship outsourcing, in its acquisition of INIT, the leading French specialist in customer studies. INIT will integrate and expand armatis-lc's Innovation unit, in charge of proposing and deploying analyses, consulting and application solutions that support an "omni-channel" managed relationship.
This transaction is part of armatis-lc's development strategy which seeks to widen the range of its expertise in the field of consulting and customer knowledge.
Armatis-lc, majority owned by the Activa Capital fund, employs 7,650 people across 19 different sites. Currently operating in mainland France, Portugal, Poland and Tunisia, armatis-lc is an expert in telemarketing and customer service. It works on the entire remote customer relationship chain. Its offer covers finding and securing new customers, developing the customer base and building customer loyalty.
