CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises banks as part of the financing of the Aserti Group's OBO

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was legal advisor to the banks in the owner buy out (OBO) of the Aserti Group, one of the European leaders in operational repair and maintenance of industrial equipment.

As part of the transaction, Parquest Capital took a majority stake in the capital of the takeover holding company Aserti International, alongside the group's founding director, Jean-Louis Gaertner, and his management team.

The bank financing for the deal was arranged by Banque CIC Ouest and Crédit Agricole du Morbihan.

For the bank financing for this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising the banks consisted of Benjamin Guilleminot (associate counsel) and Benoît Fournier.

Parquest Capital was advised by the Goodwin team made up of Thomas Maitrejean (partner), Hind Badreddine, Laurent Bonnet, Marie-Laure Bruneel, Mathieu Terrisse and Adrien Paturaud (associate counsel).

CM-CIC Private Debt (for the mezzanine debt) was advised by Nabarro & Hinge, with Jennifer Hinge (partner) and Anthony Minzière.
