CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Bpifrance Investissement in the sale of its stake in Alloresto

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Bpifrance Investissement in the sale of its stake in Alloresto to the British company Just Eat, advised by Taylor Wessing.

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Bpifrance Investissement (previously Avenir Entreprises) in the sale of its stake in FBA Invest, a holding company of the Alloresto group specialised in online takeaway delivery services, to Just Eat, a leader in this sector.

Taylor Wessing advised Just Eat in the acquisition of a larger stake in FBA Invest (Alloresto group), giving Just Eat an 80% stake in the Alloresto group.

For this transaction, Bpifrance Investissement was advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre (Philippe Rosenpick, partner) and Emmanuelle Brunel).

Just Eat was advised by Taylor Wessing (Gilles Amsallem, partner, Anne-Juliette de Zaluski and Dalila Mabrouki).

Sébastien Forest, founder of Alloresto, was advised by Laurent Hugelin in the sale of part of his stake.
