CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Groupe Pochet on the acquisition of La Solev

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is announcing today that it has advised Groupe Pochet, the market leader in luxury bottlemaking, manufacturer of bottles and glass containers for the best-known brands of perfume and cosmetics for almost four centuries, on the acquisition of La Solev, a family company specialising in plating glass and plastic, as well as innovative finishing techniques such as laser engraving.

It may be recalled that CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre had already advised Groupe Pochet on the acquisition of Lisi Cosmetics last April.
