CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre has advised Enovos Luxembourg SA on the acquisition of a minority stake in Vialis

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre has advised Enovos Luxembourg SA on acquiring a 10% stake in the capital of Vialis, a gas and electricity distribution company. Enovos has been active on the French industrial market since 2006 and has now expanded its businesses in France by entering the public distribution networks market.

For this deal, Enovos Luxembourg SA was advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Jean-Robert Bousquet (partner), Christophe Barthélemy (partner), Alexandre Morel and Matthias Le Pan.
