CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre has moved into new offices in Neuilly-sur-Seine, with all of its teams now on one site

01/06/2015

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, which for a number of years has operated from several buildings in Villa Emile Bergerat in Neuilly-sur-Seine, has just moved into new offices located at 2 rue Ancelle in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

The move, which was completed on 18 May 2015, took place in several stages to ensure clients received an uninterrupted service.

The ten-storey building, covering 16,500 square metres, now houses all of the legal teams and support staff on the same site, i.e. 560 people, including 380 associates. The existing building, owned by the Unibail-Rodamco group, has been extended, fully redefined and renovated. It meets the current standards of comfort and safety and complies with environmental quality standards.

It has a spacious floor dedicated entirely to clients and a conference room for 200 people, equipped with the latest technology.

The firm has paid particular attention to enhancing its considerable expertise with the creation of a Knowledge Center. This brings together the intelligence and knowledge management teams, which is close to 30 professionals, has over 10,000 works and publications, including rare collections, and enables access to all of the specialised databases.

"The move of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre into these new offices will allow our firm to optimise its operational conditions, strengthen bonds between the teams and improve client reception and service. The project undertaken is a testament to the dynamism of the firm, which will soon be ninety years old, and the renewed ambition of all of its teams to continue its development," said Didier Gingembre, Chairman of the Board of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre.
