CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon appointed 2015 Firm of the Year by the Palmarès des Avocats Lyon (Lyon Law Firm Awards).
On 18 November, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon was named 2015 Firm of the Year at the 3rd annual Palmarès des Avocats (Law Firm Awards) organised by Le Monde du Droit, in partnership with the Association Française des Juristes d’Entreprises (AFJE - French Association of Corporate Lawyers).
The award was decided through a survey of business law firm clients. This year, more than 1,400 votes were cast to determine the Awards.
We are very pleased that our firm received awards in 6 of the 14 categories:
Gold Medal:
- Criminal (for the second consecutive year)
- Tax
- Health Law
Silver Medal:
- Companies in Difficulty & Restructuring
Bronze Medal:
- Real Estate & Construction (for the second consecutive year)
- Litigation & Arbitration
In addition to awards for Tax, Criminal and Real Estate & Construction, three new practices became part of the rankings this year: Health Law, Litigation & Arbitration, and Companies in Difficulty & Restructuring. These six Awards attest to our expertise and the interdisciplinary breadth of knowledge of our firm, which we place at the service of our clients.
More specifically, the Silver Medal won by our Companies in Difficulty, Prevention & Restructuring Department, managed by Carole Dessus, who made Partner in our firm in July 2015, is true market recognition of our expertise.
The Gold Medal for Health Law supports the leading position on the French market of our team of specialists coordinated by Partners Yannick Francia, Catherine Aigle and Valéry Brisson.
