CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon strengthens its tax and corporate departments

Nine lawyers whose five partners just joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Lyon. Through these recruitments CMS BFL Lyon develops significantly its tax and corporate practices, following the example of its parent company CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre which ranks among the first few business law firms in France.


Tax law: Valéry Brisson and Jérôme Queyroux (partners), teamed up with two lawyers, Karen Babin and Jérôme Lacourt.

Valéry Brisson, 36-year-old, (DJCE Lyon- Diploma of Business Legal Adviser), DESS - University Post-Graduate Professional Degree- in Business and Tax Law (Lyon III) and CAPA (~ Common Professional Examination). She made his career successively at Taj then Ernst and Young in Lyon before joining Marcel Mérieux Laboratory Group as a Fiscal Director and after that created his own law practice.

Jérôme Queyroux, 35-year-old, HEC Graduate, master of international fiscal and legal strategies, is the holder of a DESS- University Post-Graduate Professional Degree- in Tax law (Paris XI), a DECF - Diploma of Accounting and Fiscal Studies and a University-Post-Graduate Research Degree in Public Finance and Tax (Lyon III). He began his career at Ernst & Young in Lyon before creating his own practice.

Corporate: Catherine Aigle, Charles-Yves Rivière and Laurent Stamm (partners), teamed up with two collaborators, Renaud Bleicher and Lionel Chevalier.

Catherine Aigle, 35-year-old, holder of a DEA - University Post-Graduate Research Degree in Private Law (Montpellier) and of a CAPA - ~Common Professional Examination, has started his career at Ernst & Young before joining Marcel Mérieux Laboratory Group as a Legal Director, then Rivière Law Firm.

Charles-Yves Rivière, 39-year-old, holder of a DESS-University Post-Graduate Professional Degree in Business and Tax law and of a DJCE Lyon III (Diploma of Business and Legal Adviser), lawyer, has started his career at JP Mounier law firm in Lyon before joining Ernst & Young, then Rivière Solicitors formed by him.

Laurent Stamm, 33-year-old, holder of a DESS-University Post-Graduate Professional Degree in business and tax law (Lyon III) and of CAPA ~Common Professional Examination, has successively worked at Taj in Lyon, then at Ratheaux and Duteil law firms, before joining Rivière Solicitors.
