CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre is pleased to announce the hiring of Caroline Moroni Seror, a lawyer specialised in the tax issues related to the use of electronic systems.
Caroline Moroni Seror, 36, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris X (2001), a DJCE corporate legal advisory degree from the University of Cergy Pontoise (2002), a post-graduate Degree in International and European Trade Litigation from the University of Paris X (2004) and a CAPA licence to practice as a lawyer (2005). After spending six years with TAJ overseeing the Tax Audit and Litigation Department (2005-2011), she moved to Fidal, where she spent a year in the Corporate Tax group of the International Department where she was responsible for assisting clients with tax audits of their computer systems and electronic invoicing systems.
At CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Caroline will be a member of the VAT Department headed by Anne Grousset, partner.
The creation of this position is part of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre’s strategy to enhance its capabilities in the area of tax issues related to electronic systems, at a time when a growing number of companies are moving to electronic billing.
