CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats, a subsidiary of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats, announces the promotion to partner of Daphné Delbury-Bosset and Arnaud Bogeat, legal counsels in the tax and corporate departments respectively. Their partnerships came into effect on 1 July 2018.
Daphné Delbury-Bosset holds a post-graduate degree (DESS) in taxation, accounting and business law, as well as a degree in European tax law (University of Burgundy). She received her legal qualification (CRFPA) in 1999.
Daphné Delbury-Bosset joined the firm in 2009, working in various roles in the Tax Law department. A specialist in direct taxation, she covers all aspects of corporate taxation for privately-owned companies, natural persons and non-profit organisations, including dispute management, taxation of transactional operations, financial taxation, wealth taxation and real-estate taxation.
Arnaud Bogeat holds a post-graduate research degree (DEA) in business law (Jean-Moulin University, Lyon 3), awarded in 2001, and the CRFPA, awarded in 2002.
Arnaud Bogeat joined the firm's Corporate Law department in 2001. He works on transfers, sales, M&As, restructuring, LBOs and Private Equity on behalf of industrial clients, owner-managers and investment funds.
Daphné Delbury-Bosset and Arnaud Bogeat work specifically in the field of regulated activities and health (private and public hospitals, biology, pharmaceuticals, etc.). They therefore work with teams from a number of departments in CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats specialising in corporate law, tax law and health law, in the framework of complex structuring and M&A operations.
The promotion of these two new partners strengthens the activities of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon Avocats. From 1 July 2018, the firm will have 29 partners out of a total of 88 associates. The law firm, covering multiple disciplines and of an international scope, is one of the leading firms in the Lyon region.
