CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised EDP Renewables in relation to shareholders' agreements with GDF SUEZ and Neoen Marine, ahead of the submission of their bids to the French government at the end of November to install and operate 1,000MW of offshore wind farms near Le Tréport (Haute-Normandie - 500MW) and the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier (Pays-de-la-Loire - 500MW).
