CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats acted as legal counsel the lenders in relation to the acquisition by Siparex, Arkéa Capital, Africinvest and BNP Paribas Développement of a stake in the Mathevon group, a specialist manufacturer of safety components for use in harsh environments, made from super alloys and stainless steel.
The financing of the transaction was arranged by CIC Lyonnaise de Banque and Banque Populaire Auvergne Rhône Alpes.
