Merger of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and Dallmann & Juranek

The merger will strengthen our market-leading position in Austria and grow the firm to nearly 120 lawyers. The firm will retain the CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz name. The merger is subject to approval from the Vienna Bar Association.
CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz, one of the leading law firms in Austria and Southeast Europe, will merge with the prominent corporate law firm Dallmann & Juranek. The merger is part of an accelerated growth strategy, consolidating the leading position of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in accordance with the company's goal to emerge as one of the top three law firms in Austria and Southeast Europe. The merger is subject to the formal approval of the Vienna Bar Association.

With this merger, CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz and Dallmann & Juranek are following an international trend in the field of legal advisory services. For quite some time, know-how pooling and the bundling of resources as the result of mergers have occurred frequently.
