I would also like to pay tribute to our Honorary Chairman, Hubert Flichy, who has achieved a great deal at the head of AvoSial. I am firmly committed to his action to provide the voice and contributions of our members to the major employment and pensions projects", he declared.
Nicolas de Sevin joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1983, where he has practised law as a Partner since 1989. A former member of the Management Board, he has now been a member of the firm's Supervisory Board since July 2012. He was a member of the Hauts-de-Seine Bar Council from 1996 to 1998.

Founded in 2004 by Hubert Flichy, a partner at Flichy Grangé Avocats, AvoSial is an association for lawyers in employment law that numbers close to 400 members throughout France.
AvoSial's core work and priorities are to simplify and safeguard employment law. The association's task is to enhance the know-how of its members on changes in labour law and on drawing up the doctrine. Meeting in thematic commissions, the members of AvoSial work on current themes in order to issue concrete proposals based on their professional practice with businesses.
