Publication in Editions Francis Lefebvre of Mémento pratique «European Union 2008/2009»

Memento pratique « European Union » has just been published. For the part "Public procurement contracts" to the initial collaboration of Jean-Luc Tixier, Partner, has been added for this edition the Céline Cloché-Dubois's one (Public Law Department - Property Law).

Memento's purpose is to bundle the whole European statutory provisions in force in the fiscal, social, economic and commercial areas.

Its aim is to support enterprises in export, import, investment, setting-up, technology and knowledge transfer and to help them in mastering European mechanisms.

Tax system, labour law and accounting harmonization are also tackled.
