The report entitled “Prix de transfert - Analyse critique des pratiques actuelles” is a critical analysis of current transfer pricing practices. It was written by the Taxation Commission of the Club des Juristes, a French legal think tank co-chaired by Bruno Gibert, and was published on 31 May.
