Alexandre Bordenave joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2009 and became a partner in 2021. 

He practices in banking and finance law. He advises banks and their customers on structuring and negotiating assignment of receivables (including securitisation of commercial receivables and the disposal of non-performing loan portfolios, etc.) and structured finance transactions (distressed/new money, and debt forbearance). 

He has acquired in-depth experience in finance, with a focus on trusts, securities, and management across all asset types (securitisation, cash, property, etc.). Alexandre Bordenave is also an experienced litigator in technical financial cases.
