Alexia joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2024.
She advises individuals on French and international tax matters, particularly with respect to tax residence, wealth transfer, and the holding and restructuring of real estate assets, including through foreign entities. She also advises companies, notably on cross-border structuring.
She assists and represents clients in tax audits and tax litigation.
Alexia regularly handles matters relating to the Principality of Monaco, including issues of residence, corporate law, regulatory matters, and taxation.
