Alexis joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2019. Previously, he worked as an international transfer pricing consultant at Deloitte Law Firm (Taj) during nearly seven years and contributed to the creation and development of the transfer pricing practice at Bird & Bird (France) and BDO Avocats (i.e. the French law firm of BDO). Alexis is specialized in international law and notably in transfer pricing. Specifically, Alexis has acquired a solid experience regarding the design, implementation, documentation and defense of complex transfer pricing schemes as well as regarding asset valuation in the context of intercompany transactions. His double educational background including both law and economics allows him to develop reliable and consistent approaches that serve the best the clients’ interests. |
