Alexis Buzieux joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in January 2026 as an associate lawyer in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon. 

In addition to his work in corporate law, Alexis advises and assists companies on transfers, disposals, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and, more generally, restructuring.
