Alexis Gauziede joined the Tax department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in January 2021.
Alexis covers all aspects of taxation for companies and groups, both in advice and litigation: corporate income tax, group tax consolidation, real estate issues, and transfer prices. He also deals with matters relating to VAT and local taxes.
He advises both SMEs and large international groups on the establishment of their tax strategy.
