Andréa Moucachen joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2026.
She specializes in international tax law, with a particular focus on transfer pricing and asset valuation.
Prior to joining CMS Francis Lefebvre, Andréa worked for more than five years as an attorney within the Transfer Pricing team of EY Société d’Avocats.
She advises multinational groups on the design and implementation of their transfer pricing policies, as well as in the context of tax audits and litigation.
She also participates in tax due diligence assignments and in the valuation of assets and businesses, notably in the context of M&A transactions and restructurings.
