She practises in banking and finance law, with a focus on Securitisation and Structured Finance.
She assists financial institutions and their clients in the structuring and negotiation of securitisation transactions (trade receivables, financial receivables, vehicle fleets, synthetic securitisations) and other receivables mobilisation transactions (factoring, tax receivables, NPLs portfolio transfers, subsidies).
She also assists her clients in connection with the implementation of domestic and cross-border financing arrangements, including with respect to the structuring of the related security and collateral package (such as fiduciary arrangements, pledges, etc.).
