Audrey joined the tax department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2021.

She works in the field of IT taxation, and assists our clients in particular with computerized tax audits (requests for computerized processing, assistance with requests, review of the results of requests), issues specific to accounting entry files (FEC), and electronic invoicing (EDI, electronic invoicing with an advanced electronic signature, reliable audit trail).

Day-to-day advice on issues relating to computerized accounting, in terms of documentation for reliable audit trails (PAF), the preparation and compliance of accounting entry files (FECs), and cash register software certification.
Assistance with computerized tax audits (particularly when implementing computerized processing).
Assistance and monitoring of tax litigation involving IT-related issues.
