Aurore Friedlander joined the employment department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2013.
She advises French and international companies on collective and individual labour relations and on the employment implications of their strategic decisions, providing advice and handling disputes in the following main areas:
- Restructurings, redundancy plans, mergers & acquisitions,
- Collective bargaining & employees representation,
- Compensation & benefits,
- International mobility,
- Collective and individual disputes,
- Health & Safety.
She graduated a Master 2 in General Private Law from the University of Paris 2 (2009) and a Master 2 Employment Law from the University of Paris 1 Sorbonne (2010).
She was received at the bar exam (CAPA) in 2013.
Before that, she worked 4 years as a paralegal in the main French sport employer’s organization, where she participated to many negotiation meetings.
Aurore speaks English and German.
