Camille is attorney-at-law in the state of New York, has joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in March 2019 and is working in the Securitisation and Structured Debt team. Camille specialises in both domestic and offshore securitisation and structured finance transactions relating to all forms of assets (in particular trade receivables, tax or public receivables, loans, tangible assets…) and participates in the setting up of structured financing (acquisition financing, real estate financing, etc.) or other traditional financing (loans, credit facility, trade financing, guarantees, factoring, security package…). Camille works regularly on non-performing loans assignment deals assisting sellers and investors. Camille has a master’s degree in French and Anglo-American business law from Nanterre University in Paris (2015), an L.L.M. in business law from Duke University School of Law (2016) and a banking and financial law master’s degree from Paris Dauphine (2018). |
