Carl Meak joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2022. He graduated from HEC and teaches tax law at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Previously, Carl worked in other French and international law firms, such as Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Paul Hastings LLP and Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
Carl is involved in tax law, in company group taxation as well as in transactional. Carl also assists private persons, shareholders and directors, in their personal and asset taxation affairs. Carl assists his clients as a tax advisor, but also in the context of tax controversies before the French tax authorities and/or tax courts.
