Cécilia joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in July 2022. She is specialised in direct taxes (personal income tax, exit tax, wealth tax, trust, international mobility and asset restructuring). In particular, she deals with people, shareholders and managers, both in terms of litigation and advice, in the context of their personal and patrimonial taxation. She also helps business leaders, family groups and people in all tax issues related to the holding or transfer of companies. |
