With 15 years' experience in the legal field (including several years working alongside a court-appointed administrator), she specialises in restructuring procedures and advises and litigates on the law governing companies in difficulty. She advises on warning procedures/preventive procedures: ad hoc mandates, conciliation (debt restructuring, moratoria, refinancing agreements, implementation of securities, CIRI negotiations, etc.), corporate restructuring through the adoption of safeguard or receivership plans, takeovers of companies in difficulty, management of judicial liquidation procedures, etc.
