Déborah Théry joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2023.
Déborah Théry specializes in international taxation, transfer pricing and business valuation.
In particular, Déborah assists multinationals in defining, implementing, documenting and defending their transfer pricing policies in the event of tax audits and disputes. She also assists them in the context of international procedures aiming at the elimination of double taxation or of advance pricing agreements. Her experience also covers the tax valuation of assets and company shares.
Before joining our firm, she worked for Arsene Taxand in the “Business Structuring and Transfer Pricing” department for over three years.
She is a graduate of the Université Jean Moulin Lyon III, where she obtained a Master's degree in tax law and corporate law.
She is fluent in English.
