Elise joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2017.
She works in banking and finance law within the Financial Services team. She assists and supports regulated entities (investment firms, banking institutions and payment service providers ...) in the context of their creation and on all regulatory issues they may face in the course of their activities, including ESG aspects.
She has also developed a particular expertise in crypto assets and assists Fintechs in their entire project. As such, she assists clients in their licensing/registration project (PSAN).
