Emilie joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2019. She specializes in tax audits and tax litigation.
She assists our clients with their tax audits and has developed expertise in procedural matters.
She also assists our clients with their tax litigation, particularly in cases involving the verification of the compliance of tax rules with higher standards (Constitution, European Union law, European human rights law) and in the implementation of special tax litigation (ultra vires procedure, in particular).
She also contributes to the work of the firm's tax doctrine team.
