Fanny has been a lawyer in the direct tax department of CMS Francis Lefebvre since 2010.
Specializing in property taxation, she mainly advises high-net-worth individuals, private banks, corporates, insurance companies and investment funds in France and abroad.
In particular, she assists entrepreneurs, family groups and individuals in all tax issues related to the ownership, transfer or disposal of companies or shareholdings, as well as in the structuring of real estate transactions. Her fields of speciality include: taxation of income (income from movable property, employee and stock option plans, life insurance, special land revenues), the taxation of free transfers (donations / successions) and wealth taxation (ISF). She also assists her clients during tax audits and litigation.
