Guillaume joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in February 2019. He began his career in controlling within major French industrial groups, where he was responsible for the operational aspects of transfer pricing.
Specialising in transfer pricing as well as in the valuation of businesses and intangible assets, he assists international groups both at a strategic level (diagnostic and documentation assignments) and in defending the policies implemented.
More specifically, Guillaume has built solid experience in intra-group financial transactions and in the valuation of financial instruments such as commissions of all kinds, guarantees and option valuation. He regularly takes part in adversarial proceedings with the tax authorities and contributes to structuring intra-group financing policies.
Drawing on this expertise and a dual academic background in law and management, Guillaume is a guest lecturer in transfer pricing at Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and also delivers professional training for Lefebvre Dalloz Compétences.
