Guillaume joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2026. 

He assists French and international clients across a range of industries in the design and implementation of compliance programs, the conduct of complex cross-border investigations, and interactions with enforcement authorities. 

His practice focuses on anti-corruption, human rights / duty of care, anti-money laundering, and economic sanctions. 

Guillaume previously worked in the Compliance and Internal Investigation team at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP in Paris and served as acting Chief Compliance Officer for EDF Renewables
