Hélène joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in February 2003.

As part of the knowledge management team, she provides legal and economic intelligence for the firm's lawyers and their clients, as well as technical and commercial development support. In this capacity, she writes and coordinates articles, organises training courses, etc.

She is particularly involved in business law, covering CSR and environmental law, compliance, banking and finance law, new technologies, health law and commercial law.
