Hippolyte joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2024.
He assists private individuals with their French and international tax issues, in particular with regard to tax residency, the transfer of assets, and the holding and restructuring of real estate assets involving foreign entities.
He also assists and represents them in tax audits and litigation.
Hippolyte regularly deals with issues relating to the Principality of Monaco (residence, corporate law, regulations and tax law).
