Jonathan Denizou is an associate within the Economic, Contract and Intellectual Property Law Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon.

Jonathan practise is focused on non-contentious work (legal advice, drafting and negotiation of contracts, due diligence) and litigation in the fields of economic law (competition, distribution, consumer law), contract law, intellectual property, data protection law, IT and new technologies law, as well as health law (regulatory).

Jonathan advises clients mainly active in the healthcare products sector (pharmaceutical products and medical devices), as well as in the software and computer systems, chemicals, metallurgy, engineering, renewable energies, catering and food industries.

He joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in January 2013.
