Laurent Mion joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1986 and became a partner in 1998. He is head of the firm's Banking and Finance department.
He advises on all types of financing transactions, working alongside banks, borrowers and issuers. He has developed extensive experience in project financing, with a particular focus on public-private partnerships (PPP).
Laurent Mion also manages the firm’s Insurance practice. In this role, he assists and advises a wide range of insurance companies, mutual insurance companies, provident institutions and insurance intermediaries.
