Léo joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2020.  

Before joining the law firm, he worked as an intern at FHB Administrateurs Judiciaires Associés, McDermott Will & Emery, Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.

His practice focuses on restructuring operations, in the frame of out-the-court or judicial proceedings (and on the related disputes).
