Lisa Paesano joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon in 2024 as an associate.
With experience in several law firms, including an Anglo-Saxon firm in Luxembourg, as well as significant experience in the legal department of a major French group, Lisa is specialised in restructuring procedures and advises and litigates in the area of insolvency and bankruptcy. She advises on early-warning and preventive procedures: ad hoc mandates, conciliation (debt restructuring, moratoria, refinancing agreements, implementation of security interests, CIRI negotiations, etc.), corporate restructuring through the adoption of safeguard or receivership plans, takeovers of companies in difficulty, management of compulsory liquidation procedures, etc.
